A group of six engineers from Cornerstone Church (Orange County, California) visited La Estancia community for five days in order to assist in the design of a new water tank. The current water tank was built 25 years ago to provide water to 70 families. Now the population is 243 families. The increased supply of water is a vital meet the additional 173 families.
