May 25 was a day of great joy for the communities of Las Delicias, Las Animas and El Rosario! The goal for the day was to test the main water line and all the components of the system involved in bringing water from the well site to the first distribution tank in El Rosario. Dozens of community members and ENLACE staff were on hand. When the water arrived at the tank there was a great celebration applause, shouts of joy filling the hearts of the community members with the encouragement and motivation necessary to continue with the three final stages of Project Milagro.
